Maybe we’re not as big in the phone and tablet repair front as a dedicated phone repair company in Norwich, but we’re the friendliest and most dependable. We’ll always be honest with you so if we can’t do it, we’ll tell you free of charge.

These issues can happen with your phones and tablets too. They’re never welcome and usually pretty hard to diagnose or a fortune to repair. We know we’re all on a budget, so we’ll alway try and make it as affordable as possible for you.

We don’t work with a price list, we don’t hold stock of anything either.
The machines are inspected, which requires disassembly, and the part numbers are ascertained. It’s not based on the machine’s make and model as the same machine may have different parts depending on where it was manufactured, which in turn may have different prices.
Also, due to the current climate of uncertainty in the market and the incredible increase in price parts, big price discrepancies are increasingly found, so now we unable to provide estimates, on certain repairs, until we’ve inspected the machine.
The inspection is free, when you accept our quote, so you’ve got nothing to lose.
You are required to book an appointment so that we can continue to provide a dedicated and personalised service, to you. Not just a number, but an equal, a person who will have our full and undivided attention.
For as much as booking an appointment may seem like a pain, I’m sure you like the idea of a personalised service, without someone behind you rushing you or breathing down your neck.
When you bring your machine to us, you will have an appointment time slot, so we’ll spend a little time going over a few key points and you’ll have the chance to answer all the questions that will ultimately create you repair case.
This way you can describe the problems you are having with the computer in the best way possible, without knowing beforehand what to say, because we’ll guide you through the whole process, and you’ll end up feeling like you knew a lot more than you thought, and in fact even learning a lot more about your machine in the process.
Of course, it’s not always going to be possible for us to tell you exactly what the problem is without carrying out an assessment, inspection or diagnostic. Because of this, and to also cover this scenario, we inspect every machine before telling you with certainty what the issue is, and indeed how much the final quote will be.
It’ll be a breeze, and definitely something you should not be anxious or stressing about. It’s stress free, we’ll make sure of that.

And then there’s those issues… You’ve tried everything and everyone has looked at it and yet, no luck, nobody knows what it is. We might be able to help, we’re very experienced and don’t give up easily, so we might just be who you need for this issue.

But don’t let that put you off, we want to be fair with you in exchange, so the inspection is free should you choose to go ahead with our repair quote. There, that’s fair, right?
It all depends though. Sometimes, depending on the nature of the job, we already know exactly what we’ll be repairing and you’ve already agreed that you want it repaired regardless so, we don’t need to inspect! There is no inspection fee, which there wouldn’t have been anyway, because the inspection is free, when you accept the quote. I hope that makes a lot more sense now.
This is to say that we will use the same approach when planning our costs and your expenses. It will be well organised and transparent. No work ever goes ahead without your saying so. Simples!
We carry out the inspection, formulate a quote and get in touch with you to report on our findings and consult with you on what your costs will be going forward. If you say no, then you pay the inspection and that’s it.
So, no repairs go ahead until you’ve approved the quote, period.
So, it may be that we’re on the phone, to you, fully dedicated to answering the questions you have, and of course, we’re not going to interrupt our conversation, just so we can answer someone else’s call, right?
